Which course is right for me?
Have a look at the following descriptions and decide which matches your level of experience. At the end of each you will find a list of the courses that are most suitable for you.
Our next set of Regular courses start on the 19th April and will run for 6 weeks. Our next Tuesday Club course starts on the 9th March and will run for 4 weeks.
Once you have decided which course is most suitable for you then go to our booking page to make your reservation. Please look at the FAQs page for queries concerning course structure and restrictions.

levelONE - Absolute beginners
As the name suggests this is the class for you if you have never attended a Pilates lesson in your life before. Some of you might feel that because you have done Yoga that this might count. It does not!
The core pelvic and abdominal muscles are at the centre of practically every Pilates exercise you will do. These first classes are aimed at teaching you to locate and control those muscles. This you will get to know better as core stability.
Our Tuesday Club is back with Joyce and starts again on the 9th March. These classes represent great value for money as they are shorter than our normal classes only lasting an hour each.

levelTWO - Intermediate
Everyone at this level will have completed at least one levelONE course or will have had equivalent experience elsewhere. If you are already on one of our levelONE classes please check with your teacher before moving to levelTWO. The Tuesday Club classes are an hour long and run for 4 weeks only!

levelFLOW - Intermediate/Advanced
This class starts with a relaxing warmup to get your body ready and then moves into a dynamic flow session using Pilates movements. By dynamic flow we mean that, rather than carry out a set of exercises one after the other, you will flow from one exercise to the next in continual movement. A great class for a really focused workout!

levelTHREE - Advanced
Everyone at this level will have completed at least FOUR courses at levelTWO or will have had accumulated equivalent experience elsewhere.
Teachers will expect you to know the various exercises and to able to follow a fairly fast moving pace. If you are already on one of our levelTWO classes please check with your teacher before moving to levelTHREE.
