You can use this form to book your next Pilates in Chiswick course. You know you'll feel better for it! Our next Tuesday Club Courses start on the 7th February and our next Regular Courses start on the 22nd February. Apart from the price, the main difference is in the duration of the classes, the Tuesday Club Classes last for an hour whereas the Regular Classes last for an hour and a quarter!

We like to have your mobile number in case there's a last minute problem with your class. We will use your email to communicate with you about the course you have boooked and to tell you about future courses. We won't try and sell you anything else!

All evening classes are held at the Art's Ed with the exception of the Tuesday Club Classes which are held at St Michaels and All Angels, as are the Wednesday morning classes.

Trainees You can uncheck this box if you're not happy to have trainees either assisting or observing your class. Please have a look at these trainee notes for information on how the trainee system works before deciding.

Exercise mat When booking a levelONE course for the first time don't forget to bring an exercise mat.

Refunds All courses are run subject to numbers and in the event of the course not running your money will be refunded in full. However, once the course starts and you are unable, for whatever reason, to attend, all or some of the lessons, then no refunds are possible.

Pregnancy Although Pilates is suitable for pregnant women, our classes aren't. So I'm afraid that if you are pregnant you should not proceed with your booking. Please visit our Pilates and Pregnancy page for more advice.

Missed lessons There are sometimes opportunities to make up for missed lessons by arranging for you to attend another class, whilst the course for which you have booked lasts. This does not constitute any obligation on our part but a courtesy that we are sometimes able to extend when possible. Please contact me for advice.
